Paypal: payments are accepted through the paypal system which also manages the main credit cards
Right of withdrawal
All purchased products enjoy the right to rethink as provided for by the legislative decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185.
Apicoltura Pala ensures each customer of this site, the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery, or the ability to return what was purchased. the purchased products can be returned, provided they are in perfect condition
condition (vessel seals intact). We will take care of refunding the entire amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, as required by Italian law. legislative decree 22 May 1999, n. 185
Shipments
From the moment of receipt of the order, Apicoltura Pala reserves 5 working days to process the order. The successful shipment of the order will be communicated by email, where the shipment code will be indicated. During the Christmas, New Year and Easter periods, processing times may be delayed. Apicoltura Pala cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier.
Request invoice
Any request for an invoice must be made at the same time as the order, specifying it in the notes.
Attention
Some honeys are rare and difficult to produce and can only be purchased for short periods of the year.
if a product runs out during the purchase phases you will be contacted promptly and you can decide whether to wait, replace it with another or if the payment has already been made with a credit card, you can obtain a refund.
